Terms and Conditions for Revenue Revolution with Master Resell Rights

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Revenue Revolution (the "Course") provided by Cassie Giguere Inc. Specifically with master resell rights. By accessing or using the Course, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Course.

1. Use of the Course:

a. License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, use, and resell the Course, subject to these Terms.

2. Resell Rights:

a. Master Resell Rights: You have the right to resell the Course to others. You may also grant resell rights to your customers.

b. Pricing: The course must be sold for $ 497.00 USD.

3. Payments and Refunds:

a. Payment: If applicable, you agree to handle all payments for the resell of the Course. We are not responsible for any financial transactions between you and your customers.

b. Refunds: Refund policies for resold copies are at your discretion. We are not involved in refund transactions.

4. Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Course at our discretion if we find any violation of these Terms.

5. Disclaimers:

a. No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific results from the use or resale of the Course. Any success or profitability is contingent on various factors beyond our control.

b. Availability: We strive to ensure the availability of the Course but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free access.

6. Limitation of Liability:
